Les Mills BodyPump / Body Blast
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 430 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Float away on a waltz, flick your kicks in a jive, glide across the floor whilst quickstepping and get your latin hips moving with a cha cha cha!
Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba Step is a variation that incorporates a step for a more varied workout, Those who are up.
Zumba Gold is for Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
A core-based toning class with both standing and floor-based sequences of exercises inspired by Pilates. A Great workout to improve posture and get fitter.
These classes are held on a stationary bike, so there is no impact on joints or bones, and if you find burning calories in the gym boring, then this is the perfect class. A mixture of fast cycling and hill climbs giving you the perfect workout. Beginners can take more breaks/rests and less climbs, but beginners can go to any class and work at their own pace. We have the latest Stages Cycle bikes to make the most of your workout!
Cycle & Tone
A mixture of spinning for fat burning and improved fitness, and exercises to strengthen and tone. Half the class is held in the Spinning Studio and the second half in the main studio. A mix of body weight exercises, suspension training, kettlebells and much more makes this a fun and challenging class.A great all in one class.
Just like an aerobics class, but with the support of the water very low impact and great fun, a great way to burn fat, lose weight, keep fit and tone up.
Total Body Workout
Total Body Workout is a mixture of Interval and Weight training. The different style include strength training, cardio, core work & boxing. It challenges your entire bosy with High Intensity, short duration exercises ( the workout fitness experts have found most effective!) It encorporates Tabata training, which is 20 seconds interevals with a 10 second recovery, repeated 8 times! Come find out for yourself, males and females welcome!
A fun and challenging Bootcamp class in the main studio. It involves a mix of strength and cardio exercises designed to get the best fitness results. High energy with the instructor encouraging you throughout the workout. The interval based class allows you to push hard and recover during the short breaks, and with everyone working together, it creates a real fun and energetic atmosphere.
A specialist class designed for people who are overweight (BMI above 25). Idea for those that have always been inactive or have had to stop exercising and gained weight.
The class has a mixture of specially selected exercises to ensure everyone can take part at the right intensity, whilst getting the best workout possible, in a safe way.
The class is more about improving fitness and health, and learning the correct way to exercise that is best for you in a safe and fun way.
It may also be very suitable for people with low levels of fitness that are not overweight, if you find other fitness classes too high intensity.
This class is pay as you go so you can attend when suits or you can ask about the 12 week Project Weightloss course that offers additional lifestyle coaching and support.
A 6 week course designed specifically for pregnant ladies in the first 30 weeks.
Pilates helps your body to cope with the constant changes by targeting and isolating some key muscles. These include the muscle groups in the upper back, buttocks, pelvic floor and legs. By keeping these areas strong you can reduce muscle imbalances associated with pregnancy and make it easier for you to ‘bounce back’ afterwards.
Benefits of Pilates during pregnancy may include:
