Aerobics & Toning Classes
Weekday Workout (1)
This popular daytime class mixes different styles of exercises to give a good overall workout, with basic
aerobic moves & toning.
Tight Assets (1/2)
These classes work on burning as many calories and fat as possible in the class, while tightening and toning all over the body.
Total Body Blast (1/2/3)
A great Class for toning. Using light comfortable bars with added weight if needed all the main areas of
the body are targeted for a real toning and tightening effect.
Functional Fitness (2/3) New for 2010
This class has the latest exercises and anyone bored with traditional classes will love this.
No choreography just lots of toning, core, balance and stability mixed up to make a challenging but fun class.
Core Conditioning (1/2)
A Great new class, using Swiss Balls, Bosu trainers and other exercises to build your core muscles.
Flatten your stomach, improve your posture and strengthen you back in this all over workout.
Step & Blast (1/2)
A mixture of basic step movements with toning. The perfect class for fat burning and toning at the same time.
Hardwork Conditioning (2/3)
Interval training using 2 or 3 kg weights with very little choreography, just short combinations of moves. A higher intensity workout for those looking to improve their fitness.
Fitness Pilates (1/2)
A core-based toning class with both standing and floor-based sequences of exercises inspired by Pilates.
A Great workout to improve posture and get fitter.
Kick & Box Aerobics (1/2) New for 2010
An aerobic fat burning class that uses kicking and punching movements to add variety. Non Contact but full of energy and a great workout.
Energize & Tone (1/2/3) New for 2010
A high energy class with a mixture of cardio workout and toning exercises. A Lively class that’s lots of fun and will get great results.
Spin & Sculpt (1/2) New for 2010
A mixture of spinning for fat burning and improved fitness, and basic toning exercises to firm & tighten.
Spinning (1/2/3)
These classes are held on a stationary bike, so there is no impact on joints or bones, and if you find burning calories in the gym boring, then this is the perfect class. A mixture of fast cycling and hill climbs giving you the perfect workout.
Weight Loss Spin (1/2)
Using the spinning bikes , this course runs every Tues & Thurs night for 6 Weeks. You will be weighed & measured at the start & end, and will also receive a workbook with key nutrition tips to help you lose excess weight.
Aqua Aerobics (1/2)
Just like an aerobics class, low impact and fun in the water, a great way to burn fat, lose weight, keep fit and tone up.
Teen Gym (1/2) 13yrs – 18yrs
Learn how to use the equipment in the state of the art gym, under the supervision of an instructor.
Yoga & Pilates (1/2/3)
These classes improve posture, flexibility, core control and really improve wellbeing and everyday life. Whether you are a total beginner or more experienced you will get great results and benefits from the wide range of classes.
