Bridget Liston - Personal Trainer

Brighid is a fun and energetic instructor with great knowledge of health & fitness and practices what she preaches.

As well as working on the gym floor to give advice and support to all gym users, Brighid can be booked for a private Personal Training session, that can be done one to one, or one to two with a friend.

Brighid is a keen runner, competing very well in the regular BHAA races, she is also a great Pilates instructor and runs her own Sports Pilates Courses here at LesiureWorld and also teaches regular Aqua aerobics classes.

Shane Simcox - Gym Staff - Running Co-ordinator

Shane is our resident running expert, being a very good runner himself he is well placed to give you tips and advice whether you are a total beginner or more experienced runner.

Shane has many qualifications to his name from his fitness & gym instructor qualifications, sports massage and is just completing avery interesting thesis for his Masters in Nutrition.

Shane is a really friendly instructor who is always on hand to offer advice and help.

Whether you are totally new to the gym or a regular user, Shane will be delighted to help and you won’t get better advice.
