LeisureWorld Bishopstown Launches NEW Swimming Fitness Programmes for all!!

Swimming is the perfect sport to calm your mind, wind down and just feel good! And for all who are conscious of their weight - Swimming does burn calories!

Following research at the Bishopstown site which highlighted the need by pool users for dedicated fitness programmes geared at pool users – LeisureWorld has introduced a SWIMMING FITNESS PROGRAMME for every level of swimmer – to encourage their customers to get the best value from their Leisure time.

On pool side there are boards with useful tips on how to swim and what stroke to use to achieve your personal swimming goals. There are also weekly training sessions written up for beginners, intermediate and advanced swimmers incorporating all levels of swimming and abilities. Of course, the LeisureWorld lifeguards are always on hand to help with stroke improvement or give any advice to the swimmers on site.
