LeisureWorld Bishopstown Encourage Teen Fitness for Summer 2009
6 WEEK TEEN MEMBERSHIP PASS LAUNCHED
A supervised and structured group session for teenagers aged 13 to 17 years, the "Teen Trim Gym" program has been designed to warm up, muscular endurance, aerobic fitness, flexibility & core strength and is will be in operation by LeisureWorld Bishopstown from June this year.
These sessions are conducted in a safe and enjoyable environment and are supervised by one of our qualified gym instructors.
How much does it cost?
6 week teen membership is €120 and entitles teen members to utilize the facilities Monday – Sunday 10 – 12noon and from 3-5pm
Pool and Gym Usage
